What were the last RECORDS you bought

Last one I bought was Ramones - Road to Ruin.

Last record that was given to me was Iron Maiden - Number of the Beast (picture disk at that!)

Don't remember that, but for some reason have a vivid memory of buying Blue Oyster Cult's first album. I was in a music store watching the NYC St Patrick Day parade in 1972. I also picked up, at the same time, a Moog instrumental album with a warning sticker that said "DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS IF YOU ARE ON ACID". Hah!

Great thread. I think my last were some LP's from Jason & The Scorchers and the Tail Gators, which were not available on CD in early 1986. Richard Hell & The Voidoids' Blank Generation was in there too. The CD's eventually appeared, but it took several years in the case of Jason & The Scorchers' first album.

The last vinyl I bought was, iirc, Metallica's black album back in 1991. Shifted over to cd after that (first cds were Tesla's "Psychotic Supper" and Skid Row's "Slave to the Grind"). I don't think there was another vinyl after the Metallica LP - might be wrong, but that's the last one I have a clear recollection of buying.

I would love to get the Broken Social Scene box set of "Forgiveness Rock Record". Seven 10 inch platters. It's $100 though.

$3 apiece, all in great condition!

The last record I bought was an unplayed copy of In a Roman Mood by Human Sexual Response. That was in 2006 right before I lost all my records (more than several hundred) and all my other stuff. Cant remember what I got before that probably some Bop and some fusion stuff.
