I would ask for a serious discount (with an acceptable price in mind) or tell them the bass is being sent back for a full refund...and I would request a return shipping label. Either way, you're not out a significant amount of money.

Guys, whilst I was in-store, the staff looked if they had any of the Sea Foam Green basses in stock, since that was my original colour. They had one on order, but I just said "I'll take whatever colour there is in shop - it's the same bass at the end of the day, but just a different colour". When I phoned and said it's got faults that should make it a B-Stock bass, they said they would continue to go and order the Sea

I've got a new to replace replacement today, and I've discovered these all on the bass. Considering it was stocked as new, I'm not happy to say the least, but am I being sensible in saying I should send it back?
I have 4 basses. Each one has been replaced at least once (some twice or even three times) and spent a total of AT LEAST 8 weeks in repairs.Dang, you were right... You DO have bad luck with basses
And here come the drive by posters that didn't bother reading your follow up post just 4-6 posts prior
He's getting this 2nd choice replacement replaced with an identical original bass he had to first return, as soon as the store's order comes in (hopefully very soon) >
Likely “new” as it was hanging on the wall and played by others until it was bought by you.View attachment 3671119 View attachment 3671136 ItView attachment 3671209 I put a NBD up on here a couple days ago.
