What would you do

So here is my situation. The band I'm in is parting ways and leaving me with my Geddy Lee and a Standard Jazz bass. I no longer need two basses and i was thinking about selling them and picking up a five string Bongo. One nicer bass in the place of the two jazz basses. So the question is would you rather have two four string basses one in standard and the other dropped to C or one 5 string Bongo if you were in my position.

I'm a five-string player (but not a fan of Bongo looks). Me, I'd rather have one really nice 5-string than two 4-string basses. It really depends on what you need and if you like the Bongo better than those other two basses.

One nice 5er, though for me that nice 5er would not be a bongo. Why switch basses when you could use one for everything?

Thats kinda of what i was thinking. Cosmetics aside the bongo should serve me pretty well with really anything i do from this point on i think. Whether its jamming with my brother or if I get another project rolling i think the bongo will just work out better.

What 5er's would you guys suggest around that price range that i can get at GC.
