IN: Iron Ether Xerograph Deluxe

OUT: Moog MF-101

Sound-wise the IE can nail the MF's tone but it's noticeably darker and sounds stupid good with my fuzz. The better bypass, smaller footprint, and normal power requirements are just the icing on the cake.

IN: JOYO Ultimate Drive - Very interesting. Also got my Lava Tightrope kit. It is surprising nice and easy to use. I think I like it more than the standard kit.

Joining the wagon: joyo ultimate drive. I was gonna get one a long time ago but ended up grabbing another OCD instead. Looks like I should've just picked one up when I had the chance. Ah well, it found its way to my board anyway.

I've wondered about comparing those two.
Your description pretty much jives with my suspicions.
Nice trade up!

Thanks! Don't get me wrong, the Moog sounds great, but the XDLX just sounds better, is much better suited for pedalboard use, and plays much nicer with other effects. Taylor really knocked it out of the park.

Ordered Joyo Ultimate Drive, or whatever the latest cool aid is called, lol

Barbershop mini from Mike

Tubeworks RT922, super stoked

Out: mo money lol

Yeah I just sold a bunch of large format stuff at another forum.
Took me forever to sell a high quality tripod.
Still have a lens though, probably just pawn it off to KEH.

Coming today: IE poly :) hopefully my joyo UD will be here by early next week. I also have a few pieces of black hardware coming to mod my Squier P. She's getting there.

Gone: IE sub t. Hopefully it'll go to home where it gets used.

Well, I have only played with it for like 30 minutes so far. It seems very nice. I am putting it at the end of the chain so we will see what happens with it. It adds a nice bit or warmth to the tone.

Coming: Strymon Big Sky (Behndy is a bad influence)

Going: Strymon Blue Sky (In classifieds)

Gone: Eau Claire Thunder. Loved that pedal. Such a beast. Wish I played in a heavier band and could use it regularly.
