i could be wrong, but i always thought the BBBOD was another hyped up muff clone... maybe it's just the knobs
and i wouldn't worry too much about folks gooping clones of original, current production circuits - 99% of the time, the goop is simply to prevent you from realizing that a pedal is nothing but a clone with a common mod or two thrown in, and maybe made switchable
