No cold rappie pie leftovers?
I don't know what that means, but it has pie in the name, so it sounds good.
It's an Acadian thing - but more NS than NB I guess.
Breakfast?
Wake up, go to bathroom, drink 1/3 cup of water + 1 IP-6 & inositol gel cap.
Grab small container of misc supplements placed in the container the night before and walk to kitchen.
Consume 1 spoon of Carlson's lemon-flavored COD liver oil.
Grab plastic cup, pour about 6 ounces of whey milk substitute into cup & mix in 2 spoons of whey protein, stir thoroughly.
Drink protein mix and use it to swallow vitamins/supplements.
Coffee for the ride to work?
2/3's of a bottle of water, use a funnel to mix in:
spoon of L-glutamine powder, spoon of branched chain amino acids powder, spoon of beet root powder, spoon of dandelion root powder, & 1 scoop of Dr. Wallach's "Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0". Shake very well and drink it over the next hour or 2.

Don't worry, I washed my hands before continuing my reading.
No grits? What kind of southerner are you?If you're looking for a new spin on oatmeal, I have a recommendation. Cook a serving of plain oats (slow or quick, but I prefer slow). Season with salt, then add a fried egg on top. From there, you can add whatever toppings you like. I like grated cheddar and salsa, but I've also added tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil for an Italian spin. It's tasty, quick, healthy, and holds me for quite awhile. You can even make the oats in advance and heat as needed.
