What's the difference between an Ampeg B2R and B2RE?

I was looking at the used equipment in my local music store yesterday, and I came across an Ampeg B2R head. I do not know much about it, so besides the B2R being only 350 watts, what is the difference between it and a B2RE?

The B2RE has eggs in it.

B2R - 200/350 watts, B2RE - 250/450 watts. B2RE also has a Speakon out as well as 1/4" spkr outs.

I've had both. Neither sounded great. Just OK but the 'R' sounded better in spite of the lower power. The 'RE' was just blah ...

Gries Amps is correct!......I play thru a B2R...and the 350 Watts (thru An Ampeg 610 HLF). is way plenty of power.But if you wanted a little more ballz,the 450 B2RE and speakon connector is a good addition.
