What's up with Fender?

Its cool, buy used. If you don't want one today, don't worry about the price hike. Fender sucks. They are doing what they have to do. Making money is bad.

There, every response from the previous million threads. If I missed some, try the search function, you will find anything I missed.

Fair enough. However, I just checked and found this thread on the second page, and didn't find another until page 4. Threads get buried quickly! All I'm saying is, what's old news to alot of us is new to others. I work at a guitar shop and find myself explaining price increases daily.

Johnny Alien, how do you like those Curt Mangan strings? I've just started using them and really enjoy them. Curt's an awesome guy !

The difference here is that there is no search function in your guitar shop. Just because something isn't on the front page doesn't mean it's not been discussed (to death) before.....That's rather like someone going to eBay and after seeing not a single Fender bass on the home page exclaiming "There are no Fender basses on eBay!"

Use the search. It's simple. And effective.
