What's wrong with my Spector ReBop 5DLX?

Hi! I just got my new Spector ReBop5DLX-bass. First everything was great, but suddenly all the sound volume disappeard, now there is only really low volume. Problem is not amp or cable or anything except the bass. I changed battery, because first the reaction sound like the battery could be empty. But that didn't help. Can someone tell which are the most common or possible problems with active basses, I mean about electricity system? I have change the battery, its not about that..but that's all I know about the macanism..

Try getting the pups out and gently "push" the plug (that leads to the potentiometers) in to make sure it's connected right. It might be loose (had happened to my Rebop too)
