I just call one the blonde, one the brunette and the other black...
oddly the brunette started as a blonde and the one I call blonde is actually purple but was blue for a while after originally being blonde - the black is trans black but couldn't bring myself to call it tranny...

Funny you asked.
I've got "The Blonde"...a Fender 50's Classic Precision in honey blonde.
There's "The Brunette"...a Fender American Special Precision in 3 tone sunburst.
And then, "The Yamaha"...a Yamaha BB735A in Dark Coffee Sunburst.
The Yamaha gets all the work, while the other two sit around the house watching soaps and eating bonbons.

Yes indeed...all my basses have a name.
Unfortunately, not being very imaginative, All of them have one of two names...........either "MY" or "MINE". They are so stupid, they answer to either one. But they sure can sing!

The Rick is called Ricky, the P is called Goldie (obviously after the large amounts of gold).

And this is my newest addition to the fleet, a self-modified nitro refinned vintage v4, a mongrel of parts but I'm loving it. It has no name yet, although any suggestions are welcome.
