I'm on a schizophrenic kick - Sarah Mclachlan, P!nk, Bad Brains and League of Crafty Guitarists.
been digging alot of heavy blues and psychadelic rock...Sleepy Sun, Earthless, Eric Gales Band specifically.
I have been playing a ton of southern rock this week! 38 Special especially.
Before that it was Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers- they played in town a week ago. Always an insane show!
Before that Paul Thorn, who I am just becoming fascinated with. I really liked his bass player, but he was replaced for medical reasons, I understand, right before I saw him 2 or 3 weeks ago.

It was a good album, personally I liked the Riot! album more.
been listening to a lot of old Rush lately. first Violent Femmes album. Clutch. ekoostik hookah. mastodon. FFDP. old (pre- kiss me) Cure. later Smiths. first Verve album. minutemen & firehose. fugazi / minor threat. tenacious d. karma to burn. tool (mostly aenima). instrument-y beastie boys.
i make some pretty whacked out playlists. a shrink would have a field day with my music collection. the 4gb of Zappa alone would get me locked up.

Man, I grew up in Houston (Alief) and all I listened to was Z-Ro and Trae. I just moved to queens but I still listen to them
I've really been into K'naan and Circa Survive lately

I've really been into K'naan and Circa Survive lately
I really enjoy Z-Ro. Trae doesn't do so much for me alone, but on Z-Ro songs he's pretty good. Ro is one of the few "hardcore" rappers I really enjoy.
