What's your favorite Black Sabbath tune?

Iron man, paranoid, hand of doom, children of the grave, electric funeral, dirty women, hole in the sky. these are many of my favorite black sabbath tunes.
Gotta go with "War Pigs".
Back in high school (late 70's) me and a few buds worked up some Kiss tunes (with costumes, makeup and pyro) for a talent show. That group stayed together for a few years playing dances and clubs before Illinois raised the drinking age to 21 from 18. My guitar player had a great Black Sabbath songbook with all the vocal, guitar and bass lines accurately transcribed note-for-note in standard notation. We nailed these tunes. Miss those days.

I have a hard time picking out my favorite Sabbath album, let alone my favorite song. But to pick a few favorite Geezer moments would include -

Into the void
Side two of Master of Reality. "Lord Of This World" and "Into the Void." I dare any band who lists Sabbath as an influence to swing like they did on those two tracks. I've been trying to get those riffs down for years and I still can't figure out how they make them groove so hard.
I personally think it's the drumming. Listen to some early Sabbath, then listen to Ozzy's solo versions later on, then listen to how other folks cover it. Ditto a lot of other classic "heavy" bands from that time - Deep Purple are another fine example. The drums are a lot "looser" but still very very heavy. Most people cover Sabbath stuff with much tighter and more regular drum parts than the originals.
