What's your favorite headstock?

I'd say Fender but mostly for practical reasons. Angled headstocks - eg: Gibson-style - which I also love dearly, tragically go West all the time. Because there's a weak spot at the vertex, a good knock will, and does, do 'em in. So many come to grief this way. Fenders bounce :thumbsup:
 
Fender and Rickenbacker are classic of course.
I love a good 2+2 headstock too, to me there's something about it that looks more appealing than inline tuners.
Spector, wal and Warwick head stocks are sexy.

Personally ive always liked 2+2, but from a purely design perspective... its amazing how much fender NAILED IT. Of all the "fender style" guitars and basses that would follow its example, nobody-in my opinion- has really ever been able to come up with a headstock nearly as simple and recognizable. the Roadstar and many others are very cool and certainly hold their own, but man....
