When I recycle my old strings...

I keep them for a time and then if it doesn't seem that I will reuse them, Ill toss in the trash. Maybe there is an awesome hobo band out there using them on a bass commode-o-phone

I cut them up into little pieces, like old credit cards, to make sure no one can steal my licks.
You can always make bracelets out of your old bass guitar strings.

Rewards Guidelines
Every .25 lb of instrument strings will earn you 100 Players Circle points or $1 towards The D’Addario Foundation.
.25 lb of strings is the equivalent of 6 sets of acoustic guitar strings, 7 sets of electric guitar strings, or 2 sets of bass guitar strings. Individual strings and string sets can be mixed in a single shipment. Rewards are given based on weight of the shipment.
