When Your Wrists Let You Down

My wrists are letting me down...and I just turned NINETEEN!!
20 here, and noticing that wrist pain is building up to the point where I couldn't play my bass today. It'd be the toughest thing I could experience to not be able to play anymore, I've had a life changing injury in the past and it was rough, but there's not much I care more about than music and I plan to make a career out of it.

I used to sleep in wrist stabilizers, it really helped my tendonitis not flare up in times of heavy playing. I'm thinking about getting some stabilizers again. I recently had one of my kids fall on my elbow, and it's been dogging me for a month now, I might need an elbow stabilizer, too.

Ahhh ... Old Age ... the only disease you don't look forward to being cured of.
