Preferably a Labella deep talking, DR legend, for Ernie ball cobalt flat? I have a four string set of each of those, and just acquired a five string bass. Thanks!

Are you located somewhere in the US?

I usually get my singles and custom sets from Jason at Fret Nation. You can get in touch with him at [email protected] and tell him what you need, and he'll be able to special order just about any singles you want, even if it's not something that's officially listed on his website.

Thanks! I’m in Texas, so basically the US… although many Texans like to pretend we are the land of milk and honey. We are actually the land of unbearable heat, humidity, and allergies, but our BBQ is good!

Mmmmm. Low & slow smoked brisket. Mmmmmmm. And Pearl beer to wash it down on a hot day. Mmmmm.

Oh
Don’t turn this into a bbq pics post! I’m tempted to drop some pics of my ribs
Oh, yeah - flatwound singles - as above, contact Jason at fretnation.com or Jim at juststrings.com You might have to get one at one place and one at the other, and if there are no DR singles, then a La Bella or a Chromes or a EB Stainless will coordinate with the DR.

I’ve been exchanging emails with Jason at Fret Nation and it looks like I will get what I need! Thanks everyone for the recommendations. Here are some ribs I made using a Weber Smokey Mountain barrel smoker and the 3/2/1 method. Brown sugar, honey, and melted butter during the wrap.
