Where can I find an olympic white P-bass?

I find Olympic White a nicer more "smoother" colour compared to the former.

Yeah, Arctic is bright white.....Olympic is a little "creamier" & yellows/ages nicer.

I have seen the opposite. Arctic always looks creamier to me.

I can't play Highway Ones because I think I have acid hands and it would tear up the paint.

I want a Fender bass, not a Lakland. Ummm....I can only pay about 600. Links would also be helpful to sites that carry these.

For the 600 range, with nuke-proof finshes, points you to either the MIJ reissues, or the latest MIM 50's reissue.

Look up Ishibashi for the MIJ stuff, and the MIM you can find anywhere in the States.

That should be trans white over ash -- its not really oly white. Fine looking bass at any rate!

Oly white has just a bit of a blue component to it which makes it look whiter than white (pure white tends to look a little dingy). Arctic is a tad more yellow.

Fwiw, OLY white only yellows if it is clearcoated (And fender sometimes did and sometimes didn't). The uncoated ones, even 45 years later, are still very white
