Where is the VMJ 5-string Thread?

wanting to see authoritative talkbass buzz on this one. Love my 4string vmj and bought one for another bassist as a gift..
reviews on the store sites are almost unanimously poz

I have one and I like it. I replaced the electronics with USA ones but kept the pickups. They're not bad at all.

it sports some very positive reviews on the retailer sites.
i have the 4, and its sister the cvj - love 'em both but playing-wise the vmj is my fave of the two

If I could I would love to get this to go with my 4 string VMJ. No room for it unfortunately, and to be honest no real need for it either. But since when has GAS ever been dictated by need, amirite?

A friend of mine and fellow TBer grabbed a VM Jazz 5 and modded it. The thing is BEYOND amazing. I'm seriously tempted myself...

but my dilemma will be which one to let go... I sold a Sterling 4 string and a hamer cruisebass [the top usa one] and intended to buy a sadowsky 5 but never could find one I was happy buying so along the way picked up the cvj and the vmj. set the cvj up to tune down to B and its been gettin' er done.... put halfrounds on the vmj and tune down to D which is my go-to tune.
when I get the 5 - I ain't quite sure what I will do. maybe retune the cvj and go with flats on it for lounge-type gig and stay the course with the vmj 4

I see a few people sayin' that the vmj5 is a little light on the bottom end. if it so turns out, I may swap the neck pup for an Antiquity or something similar with a big fat booty
