Where to get a .0047uf capacitor?

A .47uf is also very different from a .047 and a .00047....by a lot!
My God! I'm totally confused. There's raining suggestions and not many are correct. Check this.

RIC's two tone caps C1 and C2 are 47 nF (0.047 μF). And the bass cut cap C3 is 4,7 nF (0.0047 μF).

μ = "micro", many times written wrong "u"
n= "nano"
And F is "farad"

This isn't the 1970's. Radio Shack? If you can find one that hasn't bit the dust yet you ll be lucky to find one there. Maybe in a corner of the back room covered by dustbunnies and rat turds, behind the "NOS" 1987 tandy computers.

It’s really not that difficult. People just aren’t reading the OP. There’s only so many caps in a Ric, and one of them is the .0047uf. Not for nothing, but I don’t have that fancy upside down “h” looking thing on my phone, so “u” I think serves its purpose...especially since it’s hard to confuse with an “n”....or is it???

That "u" is quite often used, and no problem with that. Only its good to know the correct letter is that greek letter μ (mu).
Here in Europe we are not using that often confusing old marking system. Its more clear to use 4,7 nF instead of 0.0047 or .0047. On the components 4n7 is easier to read, cause the decimal point or dot is often so small.
