Where to put an Helix Stomp in the chain

On the picture is my current pedal board. The Markbass Compressore is for sale. I'm going to fill that space with an Helix Stomp.

But would you wire it at the end or at the start of the chain?
My current chain is:
Tuner > BBE Opto Stomp > MB Compressore > Octabass > Unichorus > Battalion

What are you going to use the Stomp for? If you're going to keep your other effects and not let the Stomp take over their role, i would run them in the fx loop, except the tuner (first) and the Battalion (last)

I put mine after my Markbass Compressore to add some tube tone to the Stomp amp models. For a full chain, I run mine octave>comp> EQ > HX Stomp. All of the synth and modulation effects go in the fx loop: octave/synth > chorus > reverb/ delay. This seems to work best for my needs.
