Not really in the market for a new bass but I have been eyeing the Fodera Emperor 5 String Standards in the Natural finish. If I run into some serious mad money, I might pull the trigger. No hurry though.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ernie Ball MusicMan Stingray Special 5HH. I also have a Ernie Ball MusicMan Caprice and a Sire V3-5string. All different pickups, fretboard & body woods, pickups.
I can honestly say that I’m not looking to purchase any bass.
But I do need a new amp .

Placed an order on the new Fender player series P bass with Pau ferro fretboard today, tried the maple fretboard one, J bass player series, American both P and J and one Sandberg and the ferro player P just spoke to me like none of the other.
I imagine I experienced a different neck shape compared to maple fretboard and it was just so nice to play! Hope the feeling last so my Sandberg vm4 can be in good company.

If you mean Telecaster body style (not the slab P style), there's a really good looking parts Tele bass going for $200 in the classifieds around here somewhere. I wanted it for myself, but I can't justify the money at this point. For someone with a little more disposable income than a very broke teenager, though, that price might not even trip the "one in, one out" policy... that would be a happy day

I am waiting for our house sale money to come so I can order a Kiesel LB75.It will be a tobacco burst passive/active bass with a few whistles and bells. I wanted KOA but I'm not getting as much money as I hoped for. This will be my last purchase. I will play it for a few years then pass it down to my grandson who is just learning how to play. I am excited to have one made by Kiesel because I had a Carvin B4 years ago and it was a quality bass.So yeah, which bass are you willing to get next?

Possibly none--but it depends on spare cash & what's available at the time that is substantially different than what I have

My favorite luthier is routing my Roger Waters P Bass to install Aguilar 4P/J-HC pickups. It will be a new bass to me.

Can't remember if I posted in this thread yet but I've got this puppy laid away being paid off! Nice fat 3 piece U shaped neck and lightweight ash body and sounds the business too. I'm not usually an active guy but the pickups and preamp in this ATK sound awesome. For the price, I just couldn't turn it down. Shhhhh.....Don't tell the missus.... 
^ I think I've seen this one in another thread, but it sure has a stunning wood grain, and the matching pick guard looks fantastic! Nice score.

Yes! I think I did post about it in another thread, but man the wood grain is nice and the matching pickguard is killer! The greatest thing about the bass though is how it sounds. It has an amazing variety of tones that really let the wood shine through, but it has that classic fat, punchy Musicman sound that combined with the really grindey, full sounding neck pickup create an innumerable variety of tones accentuated by the wonderful preamp that really pushed me to purchase this bass guitar.^ I think I've seen this one in another thread, but it sure has a stunning wood grain, and the matching pick guard looks fantastic!
