Which bass is John Deacon playing here?

A recent post came up on Bassbros where a Warwick Buzzard, owned by John Entwistle of The Who, was eventually used by John Deacon of Queen in The Friends will be Friends video. That sent me on a Deacon deep dive.

I have been able to identify most of his basses except this one? What's he playing here?

Not familiar with that brand, but here's a screen shot for those better sleuths than me:

Probably a custom (big clue: the inlay at the 12th fret), but I don't know.

Roger Giffin, I think. He was known to have one, and the headstock is similar to the one in this Reverb listing.

fwiw Roger Giffin is still in business making guitars and basses. Lots of photos at that link, unfortunately most of them early '00s era tiny-sized, and none of them featuring Deacon's bass.
