Which color looks best?

Which one would rock the most?

You do realize that the bottom Strat colors are different from the top bass colors, right? My 1st choice would be the bottom row, second from the right. Given only 4 choices I picked the one above that. I don't know that white would be my first choice for the PG on any of these.

The first row are the images the app generates, the second row are pictures of real guitars painted with that paint. That is exactly why I included both. Anyways, it's just an example, the real paint at the hardware store may differ slightly.

i voted #3, but only because there was no option for black!

OP, they're all good: good luck with your own choice!

Hey guys, I bought a Harley Benton short-scale Precision bass and I want to paint it blue, I'm just not sure which shade rocks the best. What do you think?

These are the colors available at the hardware store, I made this on the warmoth custom build app.
I named the bass Catarina, I don't know if that helps :roflmao:

EDIT: It has a rosewood fretboard.

2 EDIT: I'm NOT changing the PG or the fretboard.
I voted #1. Catarina reminds me of a boat and the color of #1 reminds me of being on the water and I like being on the water.

Depends on the color of the pickguard you’re going to use. That will have a major effect on what the other color is going to look like. Look at the picture with the pickguard and then compare it to the lower picture and the same color without a pickguard.

Notice how the color shifts?

I have addressed that issue before, the images are different. The top one are created through an app, while the bottom ones are actual pictures of guitars painted with that paint. I included the pickguard just to give a better idea. Also, like I said before, I'm not changing the pickguard, so it's going to be white.
