Ampeg BA115 is fairly decent for the money and pretty popular in that price range - $380 at MF. For a bit above your budget the Ampeg B-100R for $580 is very nice, I've owned two of them! It's worth the extra $$ and you might get it cheaper on eBay, TB or as a "like new" return at MF.
