    i live in the border of mexico, but i buy all my instruments in guitarcenter or ebay, thanks

    Can't go wrong with an Acoustic B200. They have those at GC.

    Ampeg BA115 is fairly decent for the money and pretty popular in that price range - $380 at MF. For a bit above your budget the Ampeg B-100R for $580 is very nice, I've owned two of them! It's worth the extra $$ and you might get it cheaper on eBay, TB or as a "like new" return at MF.

    Fender Bassman 150 at $499 also nice.
