Which Epiphone Viola Bass Flatwound strings - Medium Scale for Hofner style bass

Hi everyone!

I ve been trying to decide which flatwound strings I should use on my Epiphone Viola bass. Apparently I need a medium scale string (34 inches) set so my options are:

- Dunlop flatwounds
These are medium scale flatwounds 40 - 60 - 80 - 100

- La Bella 760FHB2
Light gauge 039, .056, .077, .096
These seem to be a good option but I am not sure if the gauge is too light for me. I would go with standards .050, .065, .080, .100 but they are not available on my country.

- Hofner Contemporary Hct1133b
These are flatwounds, short scale, so I am not sure if they fit correctly, as Hofner or Viola basses need medium scale strings (34 inches).

thanks!
