which finger do u pop with?

i dont slap. mainly cuz im not good enough to do it yet, and it probably wouldnt sound good with my good. also, i use a pick, so it'd be a bit more difficult to slap. oh well, it works for me without it, so im happy.

I use my index mainly. Ever since I started using 3 fingers to play, I've been using my middle and ring fingers to pop the D and G strings. I tried my pinkie once, it slightly pained me. So thus I haven't used it since. I think I should probably start trying to use it again.

Middle finger and come up with the top part of the thumb. It's a very fast technique.

so yeah...i saw this and was like "hmmm maybe i should try doing it with my pinkie" but mine's all ******** and does'nt bend right...soo...i stick to my index, middle, and ring finger....but then again i don't have much bass intuition
