Thanks for your insight Jon. I'm going for the old school thump so those look like a great choice but I like a heavier gauge. Would Brite Flats be my only short scale choice from the GHS flatwound products?Al of our short scale strings will work on the Acinonyx. I have one myself, and worked with Mo over at Nordstrand to get them some aftermarket string options.
So absolutely no fitment issues with our strings.
Currently, I have Precision Flats on mine and really love it. I may jump over to the Brite Flats at some point, but the P Flats are great with that bass. It's a nice combo.
