Keys, I have a digital piano and very rudimentary ability to play it. Not much motivation, though, as I get more than enough gigs as a bassist, so in the end I'd really only use keys for my hip-hop project.
I vaguely remember some Italian luthiers made some four-string mandocellos (or mandoloncelli) in the early 1900s so they'd sound cleaner when playing loud parts than the eight-string version. I don't remember if these had a special name. Some mandoloncellists remove one of the C strings for a similar reason.

Once it would have been piano, but now it's pedal steel. In fact, I'm going to be starting lessons as soon as I find a teacher (and the $ for a decent rig).

Actually, that's the one for me! I'm a keyboardist who joined Talkbass because I've always loved bass guitar (even though I never learned to play it), and I appreciate the level of knowledge, maturity and civility here. I grew up on the funk, especially P-Funk; I wanna be Bootsy SO bad!
Cello! That instrument is such a beauty both to behold and to listen to. Then I guess trumpet, drums, violin and accordion are high up on that list.

Actually this one for me too, except i play the bass since six years. And, its like if i've learned nothing...
But, i'm sure it's not that bad.
PS: Yeah, look which club i'm a member of... no surprise (except for the Sterling one... weird.)
My first year at school the teacher towed in a trolley with simple instruments for a music class. The girls, being forward, grabbed all the cool tambourines and me, being backward, got lumbered with what was left, a dumb triangle.
To this day I've always felt a grudge whenever I see a Salvation Army band girl waving a tambourine about. And more recently I went to a classical music concert and felt quite a pang when the percussionist stood up and pinged a triangle.
I guess what I'm saying is that my heart yearns to play the tambourine but being realistic I'll settle for the triangle as I've had some previous playing experience.
