I feel like zombie threads die quickly because the people in the thread when it was active aren't here or dont care to reply again. If it's a 5 year old thread just make a new one.

So repeats are sometimes okay. They're only annoying in bulk when all of them are current. Old advice may not apply. New gear could be the answer. That wouldn't exist in the zombie thread.

That's why I voted zombie thread. They're never okay. Repeats are sometimes okay. That's my logic.
