Nevermind looks, maple fretboards are just better. A nice sealed top means less truss rod adjustments.

I've gone all-in with maple necks on my own players, but vote with those who say rosewood looks better hands-down in this case.

Maple if you leave it as is. If you go with rosewood, throw a tort guard on. I have the same setup in that configuration.

I almost always hate the look of rosewood, and usually think Maple looks best on everything. But when a maple fretboard is paired with a light-colored pickguard and a light-colored body, I feel like there's just not enough contrast, and the darker colored Rosewood compliments your setup nicely.

I prefer what they call dark maple syrup. I suspect it's really rosewood. Doesn't syrup from the tropics sound better then stuff from Maine or Wisconsin?
