Which multi / 2 band compressor, built in limiter, SS, clean, rack, Hi-qual. ?

Hi guys.
First off, this community has absolutely essential to me over the years when looking for reviews and opinions and I value your various points of view very much so. Just want to say thanks.

On to business. I'm looking for a compression unit, preferably rack mount, that allows me to compress highs and lows (low-mids, lows?) seperately, preferably with the whole set of options (attack, threshold, saturation etc) for both seperately, not all together and it should be a solid state (clean at high levels of effect). I'm having trouble finding it, if it exists . I looked on Bongomania's incredibly useful and informative faq and came up with the Ashly CLX 52.

Also i think that these 2 channel compressors might be what I'm looking for, but if such is the case, how do I seperate my bass signal into seperate lines for each channel? And how would I run them back together :eyebrow:? I am not looking to run another seperate speaker for lows.

Thanks a million to anyone that helps me with this. I'm looking forward to your guy's suggestions and opinion on gear. Thank you.

(ps: money is not really an issue if it's under 500$. also pedal is fine as well as long as it's a high quality unit that does what i need that's worth it's floor space :))

BY GOSH, YOU'RE RIGHT! i don't know how i missed that beforehand. it only lacks the release and attack knobs, but has a system built in to compensate. I think i must have mentally spaced on it when i looked it up earlier because it was discontinued. Thanks you very much, guys. Sorry to waste your time.

BSS DPR901 is "The" reference in multi-band EQ.
If you can find one (discontinued)

BTW: I love mine in my VB99 , combined with the ability to compress each strings independently , it's a compressors amateur nirvana !
