Which pick up for modulus flea?

I have a modulus flea that I just purchased from ebay. It came with a Seymour Duncan pick up that sounds very weak and clanky when slapping. I decided to try a Bartolini since I was happy with a modulus I had in the past with this pickup. However there are 5 different Bartolini MM pickups to choose from. I got this bass because I was looking for the really strong slap tone my previous bass had. If anyone has input on which pick up to choose from please let me know. BTW I tried the Legacy (Lane Poor remakes) site and struck out big time with them. Emailed 5 times with no reply and read some horror stories from others that tried also. It's a really comfortable bass to play and I got it for a good price so I'm willing to sink some more $ into it if there are any other opinions out there on different pick ups all together. Thanks

My 98' flea 5 came with a Lane Poor pickup and its amazing... you probably wont be able to find this pickup but I heard someone opened up shop and is building these pickups again under legacy LP or something....Im sure someone will know more about this ???

Um.... I think the OP knew more about this... in the part where he said that he emailed them 5 times... Just saying.

Changing the Seymour Duncan pick up to a Bartolini (MMX by the way) was the best thing I did. Just made it sound exactly how I wanted. There is a guy at Modulus that I have contacted a couple of times that helped me out with which Bartolini to get. Thanks for the help again.
