Agreed on the red tort. I don't have one on my AC jazz but I saw someone's avatar here on TB and they had, I believe, a CAR jazz with a red tort pickguard and it looked sweet.

Heh. This probably won't help, but what the heck. I'm considering a CAR P-bass and trying to decide between parchment, mint, and white pearloid. Pearloid is sexy, but I'm a traditionalist and will probably go with parchment or mint.

Parchment or silver anodized aluminum (have this on a Fernandez bass)
Personaly I hate red tort on CAR
