Some of the people here at work recently found my 'other life' of playing in a reggae band, and were sort of stunned by it. The funniest are the ones who try to make conversation about it, in an on-musician, non-gigging kind of way. Awkward. They expect Bob Marley talk...

Jacob Miller. I had the pleasure of sharing the bill with Inner Circle a ways back (well after Jacob had moved on), and one of my fondest memories will always be playing riddim guitar with them for a song.

Oh, I read that in the Washington Post.

I liked the one where the Mayor (Kyle McLaughlin for anyone who didnt know) asks them to write a song for Portland, and drives home the fact that it should not sound like the song for Seattle.
