No, no...the bass is pure. The bass is always pure...I think a white bass, in the right setting, looks sharp. I play in churches, though, and in that context, my brain thinks a while bass would make me look like I'm trying to say I'm pure or something. Or maybe it's a look I don't think I could pull off. Either way, I don't have one.

]I have come to appreciate the white finish on my Ibanez. I used to consider it sort of second to my black, dark stain, and sunburst basses.

I’ll play. “Old Glory” is my go to for the bigger shows. I love it but it’s too heavy for the longer bar gigs. Looks great on stage.
