Yea, NYC. Metros are limited in options, etc. Mine is different because it has the Nord's in J bass position, chambered body(7.7lbs), black hardware, vtc standard. It really fits my hand perfect. Knew I had to have it the first time I picked it up.

So far, it's sounding like a 'desert island' bass. Just gotta put it through the gigs.

Yea. Thats why I wanted it. I play mostly 4's and wanted one 5 and forget about 5's forever after this one(that will be tough but thats the plan). It really has all the things I want from a 5 string. I hope it sounds as good live as it does alone. Im sure I'll love it.

Again, I just got it yesterday and havent gigged it yet. Typically I dont care for the VTC. Not my thing. This is Sadowsky #16 so I'm pretty sure of my opinion. LOL

Who knows. Maybe this one is very bright and will need to be tamed. Out of my 16, this is the 2nd one with a VTC. I never used it on my PJ4.
