Who’s playing a squire?

AndNowForSomethingCompletelyDifferent-3Mfc7S21-subtitled.jpg

Thinking of buying a Squire bass for a second bass back up
The price is certainly right
Is it really just a beginner bass?
Or should I just spend the extra bucks and buy a made in Mexico bass?
Opinions?
I will put up my 2019 Squier mini against any other bass---better sound and playability than the '67 Mustang Bass and '67 Gibson EB-0 that I used to own. The Precision Mini must do something right, there is a large Talk Bass thread just for Squier Precision Mini

Does this count? $50 Squier body off ebay, and a used Mighty Mite (?) jazz neck.View attachment 4399896
Congrats man! I don't even need another bass, but that really mimics my Peavey Fury in the color dept. My board is cigarette stained darker, and so is the antique white body, or whatever you call that color. Just a tad more yellow that mine, but I love it.

Give you your money back?
