Who Dat?

I just retired about three weeks ago. I’m presently in what I consider to be the best band I’ve ever been in. I woke up this morning. I can still move around, albeit more slowly. Life is pretty decent at present.

This band started as a quartet about 2 years ago with the aim of playing a bunch of NOLA soul, funk, blues tunes. The bL quit. We had a guitar/bass/drums rhythm section with no star. Found a singer and keyboard player and reformed a few months ago. I’m really, really pleased with the new unit. Here’s a decent video from a club we played at a week ago. Here we are after maybe 10 gigs and 7 rehearsals.

I’m pleased with the video. I can even listen to myself without cringing

The only problem with this band is that 2 of the members only want to play 2 times a month. I’d like to double that. To that end, looking to form or join a low key blues band.
