Who do you recommend for amp covers?

On the cheap, but very well made, BS Protection www.bscovers.com

They also embroider the make/model of your amp on the front (which helps if you have several amps of the same size like me) and sew on handle flaps upon request. Not padded, as if that padding can really protect against anything but the most gentle of blows.

BEWARE! I ordered a cover from BS Covers, paid via Paypal, and never received it. I got absolutely no response to my numerous e-mails.

Other folks have had the same bad experience:

It especially sucks because this would have been my second cover from them. The first one is very nice.

Studio Slips. Awesome, super well made covers. I have covers from them for my Avatar cabinets as well as my GK MB212 (photo)

Me too! Susan has made great clam-shell "bags" for several of my amps and cabs. All of them continue to look new, thanks to the great protection provided by these bags. Highly recommended!

I purchased Tuki covers for a pair of JBL speaker cabs and they are great.

Recently I needed several covers and Tuki wasn't willing to make covers for a couple of my items so I placed a large order with Studio Slips. Excellent quality and everything fit perfectly. The clamshells are really nice for total protection and are not offered by most other companies.

I also tried a cover from BS Covers. It was okay if you just need a dust cover without padding. They don't stay on top of their orders. I waited a couple of months after they acknowledged receipt of my order without receiving the cover. I e-mailed them and received it a few days later. Apparently they are not made to order and this was for an amp Tuki wouldn't make a cover for.

if your handy with an awl or you know someone who has a heavy duty sewing machine you can make them yourself.yoga mat foam sandwitched between good canvas gives good protection and will last forever. i dont need to make any now as my mesa cabs came with covers. strengthens up your fingers also. if you only want dust sheets ask your mum.
