I know it looks too good to be true! 300 watts of all tube, ampeg clone insanity! Someone let me know whats up.(someone that doesn't work for Bugera or Behringer.) Are these worth there weight in gold or lead?

who has tried out the new Bugera BVV3000?

I'm interested in it and could certainly use a backup to my aging tube heads. Iirc, the other thread I've seen on here had little useful info. I think the amp was in for some government regulated safety test before US sales began according to one vendor?
Call me close minded but IMO, no matter how many times you rebrand Behringer, it's still not that great of a product. Same junk, different box.
Its cheap, but not typical Behringer junk. It's a lot like the SX craze. It isn't crap-it's moderate quality and really inexpensive. That makes for a well priced, decent voiced tube amp that'll make a good stepping stone to a better amp down the road. My guitaist had been using Bugera with no issues so far. We both were wary of it, but it's treated us well and taken the punishment. Cheap, good tone. Would we go without a backup? Hell no!
thanks for the input guys. there is no way around it...you want tube tone get a tube amp. Ill keep hunting.
I'll see if I can't find one locally at GC or Sam Ash and put it up against me SVT-II.
I'd be interested to hear why you would dump an SVT II for a Bugera. At best they tried to copy the amp you already have.
Actually, I have an Ampeg SVT 4 PRO. It just doesn't have the tone I want. And I've played through it for 11 years(I have one of the good ones) I recently a/b'd it with an all tube CL model...I had to change my pants. now I quest for the grail.
Still seems that nobody has actually played one of these. We all (myself included) seem to be bagging it without trying one, it would be "interesting" to hear a clip or see a pic of the insides.
While No-one HAS actually put up a real review of this amp.... I'd be VERY surprised if it was still functioning properly 20 yrs after purchase- like my SVTII does!

I haven't seen one around. But i'm still impressed by the Bugera '1960' and '1990' guitar heads. The '1960' still sounds rad on bass.
So please, some info on this would be rad... opinions on which amps would be better than this one would not be rad.

I have played through a BVP5500 and loved the fat sweet sound... but because of all the bashing on Bugera/Behringer... I got rid of it (stupid me - fear got the best of me). Now my friend has one and uses it a lot for the last two years and does NOT carry a back up! He swears by the thing.
Not sure about the tube head though, but by my buddies experience and my short-lived experience, Bugera for the most part isn't THAT bad.

Given their reputation, I have to admit, the only Behringer product I've ever owned (an 8 channel mixing board) has stood up amazingly to heavy use and abuse for going on 10 years. I've also used the all-tube V22 Guitar combo amp for a few hours and I admit, I was impressed. That doesn't speak to reliability, but it's a start (especially when you can pick one up for $200 if you look around).

Why would it want to. After it's carved out your ribcage of all soft tissue, its spots will quickly be cleaned of all blood, and it'll sit back and have a nice nap.
