Who is getting or git something bass related for Christmas ?

Mother in law got me a Road Runner Roadster gig bag for my electric bass, and my wife got me an Ibanez AEB5E acoustic bass. Pretty darn good Christmas, I'd say And I still have Christmas with my family on Thursday! Who knows what's waiting!

I got a Fender Jazz Bass a new tort pickguard for my P/J and she did a layaway on a Warwick Streamer which I will get in a few weeks.

Mrs. Claus got me the new laptop I wanted. It will replace my aging laptop that holds my music library, recording software, music player... Now I can upgade to a new digital I/O with more simultaneous inputs!

I got several string sets, an Alpha 6 CBMRA, high pass, 500 foot of cable, and various odds and ends to make that cable cable useful (XLRs, various 1/4" mono and stereo) from my family. I installed the mid driver in my cabinet/high pass in my Kustom already and will probably make several cables throughout the next few days.

I bought myself an Ampeg PF115HE cab to match the one I already had and mounted my PF500 on the lid. Merry Christmas ME!!!

My wife let me pick up a 2009 Fender Jazz Deluxe V a few weeks ago and put it towards Christmas. My employees got me a gift certificate for our local guitar shop so tomorrow or Thursday going to look for an amp to mate it with. I've got my eye on a Gallien Krueger rb400iii 2x10 combo. This is my first bass have been a guitar player for 30+ years, but am very serious about movin' over to the "deep side". I am totally loving playing bass! I get so much more out of playing bass than guitar. I never would have guessed I would enjoy bass so much! I have a new found respect for all you bass players, Merry Christmas!
