Who was bass player for Yeah,Yeah,Yeahs?

man... i just watched it and i noticed these things:

-So jelous of the guitarist's pedal set-up
-Bassist is adorable
-drummer has a big nose
-Karen O is kinda charming now that shes way less cracked out

dunno who the bassist is, dunno what she's playing. My money is on the Squier theory.

That's never made sense to me. Anybody who knows it's a Fender, knows you're playing a Fender, and you must be liking it or you wouldn't be playing it.

Covering up the logo isn't going to throw people for a loop wondering what on earth that unidentified thing is you are playing.

Maybe the fixed gear thing is bleeding over to bassists?

Like how messengers will tape up their Colnago or Bianchi logos to give it more 'street cred' or to make it less desirable to theives or even 'not to advertise for them'. Maybe we're entering a time of Fender backlash where it's cool to play, but not to advertise it.

"yeah... i mean, i love the way my Fender/Bianchi plays/handels. But you know, man... i'm no billboard for their corporate capitalist agenda, man."

Hmmm... conspiracy me thinks...
