Who's working today? (tuesday)

I probably won't be in the office, but I will be working. I have two articles I need to finish. I need to review another article for an academic journal. I also need to redo my syllabus for a course I'm teaching next semester. No wonder I don't practice like I want to!

Exactly. So far, twice, I've heard,

customer: "...why can't I get connect wirelessly with my new laptop"

me: "do you have a wireless router connected to your cable modem?"

customer: "what's a router?"

DOH!!!

I didn't go home for the holidays this year so I'm working today and have the entire office to myself. I'm trying to think of what kind of mischievous things I can do.

I did get a lot of sleep the last 3 days, felt pretty good.

I'm working 11pm til either half 3 or half 4, depending on how busy it is. Probbaly gonna be a slow night.

I'm working today and tomorrow and it's a ghost town around here. It looks like Talkbass and Nintendo is pretty much all that's in the works for me for the next couple of days.

I'm self-employed...if I'm not here, no one else will be. Actually have had some business today, so it's been worth it.

I worked all day. Hopefully I will be getting next Tuesday off.

I put in over fifty hours last week. I worked my day off plus a full day on Saturday.

I made it throught the mother of all shifts last night, got home at about 3, got a shower and went to bed. I afforded myself a long lie in this morning!
