Why are you using that username?

I have a few different user names thru the years...
villakat= Villagran is my last name, and I love cats, so since Villacat was taken and didn't seem to look right, I changed to Villakat.
Selenawannabe=I am a huge fan of the late Selena. Some used to say I favored her. So I started dressing like her, hence how I got that nick name.

BassGirl- is my nickname now. I coined that nickname to myself and dropped Selenawannabe cause not only I started playing bass, I started singing myself, and wanted to be ME.
SelenaBassGirl- simply just "BassGirl" was taken so I added Selena to it.

My name is not Selena, like some think, it's Miko

I always enjoyed history,History Channel is one of my 2 fav. channels (other being Nat Geo).

But I really have a thing for WW II history since I was a kid,I was reading about WW II and I read something like "Wehrmacht maschinen gewehr type 42",not exactly that but as a 16 year old it sounded so cool to my ears (German sounds cool to me),I changed it to machine gewehr for some reason I don't remember.

It's been my interwebs name as long as I remember, cba to change it as I'll most likely forget the new one. :p

I have a thing for WWII history as well. When I first saw your user name I figured you were a WWII history buff.

My user name is from when I was playing a lot of Battletech, a sci-fi minitures game that's been around since the mid 80's.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battletech

In the game, which has an insane amount of fiction associated with it, The Crucis Lancers is the name of a group of regiments that are part of the Federated Suns, one of the factions in the game. I've used the screen name in a few places, but the funny thing is that I don't use it on the official Battletech forums, I use "Bytor". :bassist:

On the scheduling board at work I was listed as Jim B. When I joined The Pit years ago, JimB was already taken. I liked the eight-engined bomber, and the band, so went with JimB52. Have used it on all the boards I've joined, except BABP.
