Because I'm a hard worker, honest, and am willing to go the extra mile for a friend or coworker. I'm always joking around and try to keep people around me happy.

I'm friendly, loyal, prompt, kind, have an excellent work ethic, always have a smile on my face and I go out of my way to help people.
Karma is my friend.

I'm genuine. I have a great sense of humor (especially if you get my dry sense of humor and deadpan delivery). I'm fairly well-read and I have a lot of interests so I can carry on a conversation about quite a few different subjects. Finally, my wife likes me because I have a nice @$$.

Personally, I'm interested in people's opinions and why they think/do/say what they do, even if it's something that I don't personally agree with, and as a result I find myself gelling along with virtually anyone and being really able to get along with them.

As a friend, they enjoy my cooking, choice of wines and reliability.
As a bass player, they like the big bassy tone, consistency and that I dont compete with the guitars.
As an employee, I have no idea. I'd have fired myself long ago.
