Why doesn't anyone use the chat feature?

I've noticed that the popular TB posters are never in the chat, with the exception of Major Metal.

We're too busy being popular.

Because I hate people. Talking with them is like pouring well-salted sewer water into a gaping flesh wound. Posting is different, however...it's like graffiti.

I was just there, and it was empty for quite a while, then I talked to silent method for a few minutes, then it was empty again.

I never realized before I saw this thread that there was a chat! I'll check it out more often.
