Why is it that i've been on Talkbass for quite some time, but I have only a handfull of posts (let alone threads)? I mean, is it my fault? I post from work AND home. Is there anything i could do to boost my Talkbass "game"? I mean, I know there's polls and such, but i remain reluctant. How do you people keep up? 8000 posts since Feb07?? I mean WOW. Right now, all I have are high hopes, and big, muscular bass player fingers that can only piddle away at 45wpm. Whats a boy to do....

Uh... how many posts you have doesn't mean anything man :). Just enjoy TB as you like. If you find things you want to comment on, go for it. I almost always put my two cents in.

I didn't even register to TB for almost a year of viewing as a guest. Then I registered and for another year barely posted at all. Lately I have just been getting back into the community though and I tend to post daily, but never excessively or unwarranted.

Just post when you think you have something of value to say, don't worry about it so much.

See, i'm not sure. This was at first an exploratory thread, but the possibility exists that i've gone right out out of my head (thats what i voted for).

:bassist:

And this is America (from where i'm standing, err, sitting) and of course everythings a race.:bassist:

+1.

See, you can up your post count just like that. Of course, now that post counts aren't displayed any more, it doesn't really matter.

The regulars here respect or disrespect others based on the content of their posts, not the quantity (at least that's what I hope).
