I tried to go into the classifieds today and was notified that non members can't post and such. I've been a supporting member for years! This year I received no email notification that my membership will soon be expiring. What's up with that?

I get a notice when my car insurance is due but there are fairly serious repercussions to letting my car insurance shut off. If your talkbass membership expires, what are the negatives besides taking 93 seconds to re-up?

You should have gotten an email with the subject line "Talkbass.com Account Upgrade Expiring" which states in the body that the upgrade will expire in 7 days.

Search your inbox or spam folder and/or check to see if your email in your profile is correct.

I was expecting that. But never did receive it.

And yes it was not really an inconvenience that amounted to anything. More of a heads up notice to fix a bug.

It appears you haven't gotten any emails from TalkBass since Jan 30th at 8am, because you tagged a TalkBass email as spam. That causes our mail sender to stop sending you emails (to prevent further spam complaints). I'll take you off the spam blacklist, but please be aware that hitting the spam button will cause this same situation in the future.
