Go to any metal show, there will be plenty of male groupies. They just show their appreciation differently, with more sweat and less flashing, gruntly rather than ear piercing screaming.

Because most women are far more discriminate in their choices for casual flings than men are.. even though there are many women who are quite indiscriminate.
I saw a show she did with her full band and every one of them is as baddazz as she is. It was a serious treat.
