Why so few female bassists?
I think bassists are like 90% male.
theres probally more than you think, this place is just such a sausage fest as soon as a girl come on everyone starts hitting on her (i.e you guys with disenchant) its no suprise not many post here
aaaaaand, i think because bass is easy to learn, especially playing roots, that a lot of bands use sex to get attention. so they get a hot girl bassist. that doesn't mean that the girls can't play, but sometimes...
